Each order is prepared with care and processed within 1 to 3 working days from confirmation. Once it is on its way, an update will be shared.

As part of our White Glove Service, every order is delivered by hand and will not be left unattended or at a doorstep.

For security and verification, a valid Emirates ID or passport must be presented at the time of delivery. If the order is purchased as a gift, the recipient’s Emirates ID or passport must match the details provided at checkout.

The order will only be released once identity verification is complete.

If the recipient is unavailable at the scheduled time, our team can support with arranging the next available delivery attempt.

Every order is carefully prepared and personally delivered within the following estimated timeframes:

• Dubai: Within 1 to 2 working days

• Other Emirates: Within 2 to 3 working days

• Remote Areas: Within 3 to 5 working days

Remote areas include Al Ruwais, Liwa, Al Dhafra, Al Khazna, Al Faqa, Sweihan, Ghayathi, Sila, Mirfa and Hatta.
